Gang wars are causing the city to be at uproar, kids cant be kids anymore, parents don't even feel safe with sending their kids to school. Retaliation is the answer for every situation that may occur and this rule of the streets "no snitching" is making things difficult for the communities and police.

I have to agree! I have two teenagers and I make sure they are either with me or another responsible adult at all times. It's sad that they can't really enjoy life and grow up how I did because of the violence in the streets of Chicago.
